A graduate of the University of
Manitoba, Ray is a former local Director of the Canadian Institute
of Food Science and Technology, a microbiologist with 30+ years
direct food industry experience, and the President of RJ
Chemicals.
Ray was part of the Canadian
Microbiology team, led by, Dr. Mac Goepfoert, that edited the
original World Health Organization (WHO) book on HACCP as well as
initiated HACCP in numerous companies, including all of the Maple
Leaf Poultry plants and Lipton Foods plants. Recently, Ray has been
published in Canadian Baker, Canadian Pizza, Canadian Facility
& Design, and Recreational Facilities Association of BC
Quarterly.
